Privacy

This policy describes everything Snacko Games stores or could store. The short version: no accounts, no profiles, no data sales, and nothing optional happens without your consent.

Data inventory

Consent decision (strictly necessary)
Your cookie choices are kept in your browser under pm.consent.v1 so the site can honour them. This record is required to respect your decision and cannot be avoided while honouring it. Cleared any time from the Clear everything button on the cookie settings page.
Recent games and favorites (personalization)
If you enable personalization, catalog slugs you viewed or saved are kept on your device (pm.recent.v1, pm.favorites.v1). They never leave the device, contain no identifiers, and are deleted by the cookie controls or by you.
Analytics (optional, currently dormant)
If you enable analytics, aggregate events (page views, game starts, load outcomes) may be measured. Permitted fields are limited to: event name, coarse device class, game identifier, referrer class and consent state. Exact location, free text, and cross-site identifiers are never collected. No analytics vendor is currently configured, so nothing is sent today. Retention will be documented before any vendor is enabled.
Advertising
Not implemented. No ad requests, tags or cookies exist. If advertising is ever approved, this policy and the consent controls will change first.
Server logs
The static host may keep short-lived request logs for security. Snacko Games does not control or read those logs for profiling.

Legal bases and rights

Optional storage and measurement rely on your consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time with identical ease — refusal preserves every core feature, including reading the catalog and playing games once any exist. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may request access or deletion through the contact channel; because the site holds no server-side profile of you, requests concern only what your device stored.

Children

Snacko Games is designed for a general audience aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and no child-directed features exist. If evidence ever suggests a child audience is forming, measurement and advertising plans pause pending specialist review rather than relying on an age label.

Changes
