Privacy

This policy explains what Snacko Games stores and what can happen when you choose to load a third-party game. The short version: Snacko Games has no accounts or data sales. Basic traffic counting is cookieless and always on; its optional local features and in-depth analytics stay off until you choose otherwise. A GameMonetize game is a separate third-party service and loads only after you select Play.

Data inventory

Basic traffic counts (always on, cookieless)

Snacko Games counts aggregate traffic — page views, unique visits, referrers, countries and device classes — through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This measurement sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not store personal identifiers, which is why it runs without a consent prompt. Individual visitors cannot be identified in the dashboard Snacko Games sees.

Consent decision (strictly necessary)

Your cookie choices are kept in your browser under pm.consent.v1 so the site can honour them. This record is required to respect your decision and cannot be avoided while honouring it. Cleared any time from the Clear everything button on the cookie settings page.

Recent games and favorites (personalization)

If you enable personalization, catalog slugs you viewed or saved are kept by Snacko Games in this browser (pm.recent.v1, pm.favorites.v1). Snacko Games does not transmit those values to its own server. They can be deleted with the cookie controls or your browser settings.

Snacko analytics (optional, off by default)

If you enable analytics, Snacko Games loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity from their servers and records aggregate Snacko events (page views, game starts, load outcomes). Permitted fields are limited to event name, coarse device class, game identifier, referrer class and consent state; no exact location, free text or identifiers are sent. GA4 raw-event retention is kept within 14 months and documented in the public repository’s analytics notes; Clarity processes recordings under Microsoft’s product terms. With analytics off — the default — neither script is loaded and no measurement request beyond the cookieless traffic counts described above is made. Turning the preference off stops new collection.

Advertising and third-party games

Snacko page advertising is disabled: Snacko does not place an ad tag or advertising slot request on its own pages. Playable GameMonetize titles are different. The GameMonetize iframe is not requested until you explicitly select Play. After it loads, GameMonetize or parties it uses may display advertising and may process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Snacko cannot describe or control which cookies, storage, consent interface or ads that third-party frame may use in a particular browser or region. If you do not want to contact GameMonetize, do not select Play on those games.

Server logs

The static host may keep short-lived request logs for security. Snacko Games does not control or read those logs for profiling.

Legal bases and rights

Snacko’s optional local storage and in-depth measurement rely on your consent, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time. The cookieless traffic counts described above process only aggregate, non-identifying metrics, so they run on legitimate interest instead of a consent prompt. Refusing the optional features preserves catalog access and the Play button. Selecting Play for a GameMonetize title separately requests that provider’s iframe; Snacko’s preference controls do not claim to manage storage or processing inside that third-party frame. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may request access or deletion through the contact channel. Browser-local Snacko data can also be removed directly from the cookie settings page.

Children

Snacko Games is designed for a general audience aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and no child-directed Snacko features exist. If evidence suggests a child audience is forming, Snacko will review measurement, advertising and third-party game access rather than relying on an age label.

Changes

This policy is versioned in the public repository. Material changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
