Copyright and takedown
Snacko Games will not list or embed any game without an established redistribution right, and every game page shows its license status. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, here is exactly what happens.
How to report
Send a notice through the channel on the contact page containing:
- the work you believe is infringed, and your relationship to it;
- the exact URL on this site (and the game title);
- what is wrong — for example, that a listed game was embedded without permission or a description copies your text;
- a way to reach you, and a good-faith statement that the claim is accurate.
What we do
- Immediate disable. A credible report sets the game record to
disabledin the catalog data: the page stops offering any play, and the URL leaves the next build’s sitemap. This is a data change, not a redeployment of code, and can be done within hours. - Removal. If the report stands, the page is removed entirely and returns a not-found response rather than a placeholder.
- Re-enable only on re-approval. A disabled game does not come back until its rights, provider status and review are all re-confirmed.
Provider assets
GameMonetize thumbnails shown on Snacko Games are local, integrity-checked mirrors of the official images supplied through its publisher feed. They are not edited or used outside their corresponding listings. Provider games themselves are never mirrored: they load from the approved provider frame only after a player explicitly selects Play. If a provider requires an asset or frame to be removed, the same disable flow applies regardless of any separate complaint.
