What we found
Playable and polished: the gate deferred third-party loading, one skippable English preroll preceded a clear level select, the 5x5 irregular-region puzzle loads with a running timer, and cell-tap plus number-pad entry fills digits cleanly (blue player entries vs black givens). All four assist tools are present, and portrait mobile is first-class. No bugs or broken interactions observed.
Mobile: Tested at phone size: portrait is the native orientation and shows the whole game; landscape letterboxes the portrait game narrow in the middle of the frame.
Ads and interruptions: One skippable GameMonetize preroll video ad in English ('Learn more' / 'Skip Ad') played when the level loaded; the puzzle followed immediately. Two 'Powered by GameMonetize' links sit under the frame on the portal page. The Snacko page itself shows no ads.
Tips from our playtest
- Pick the 5x5 board to learn the irregular-region twist before touching 7x7 or 9x9 - the first pages are gentle.
- Tap an empty cell, then tap a digit on the pad; your entries render blue so you can always tell them from the black givens.
- The Mark tool is the pencil/notes mode - use it on 50/50 cells instead of guessing a final digit.
- The Tips button (one charge at first load) auto-fills a cell when a region stumps you.
